Cancel Order
If you need to cancel your order, please be sure to contact customer service at the first opportunity to deal with it. Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order after we have sent out the package.
Change your order information
Usually, we can assist you in modifying the product information (e.g., flower color, degree, etc.) as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact customer service immediately and provide your order number. Once the package is shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
Returns and Exchanges
Based on the health and safety attributes of contact lens products, we do not support return and exchange services for non-quality issues (including but not limited to personal preference, choosing the wrong color or prescription, etc.).
We recommend that you carefully confirm the product information (such as degree, color, specifications, etc.) before placing an order to ensure that the selected item meets your needs.
Upon receipt of the product, please check the appearance of the product and the order information for correctness and confirm that it is correct before opening and using it.
If you receive an item with quality problems, damage or wrong goods shipped (e.g. degree/color does not match the order), we will provide you with a full refund or free replacement service.
